Manufacturing and Calibration Platform 
 

 The manufacturing platform has more than 80 sets of automated sensor production equipment and reliability testing equipment, as well as a 9000-square-meter Class 10000 cleanroom for testing and packaging. It has obtained quality management and manufacturing certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949. 
 

 In the calibration and adjustment stage, it possesses multiple high-end equipment, including piston standard flow devices (accuracy 0.3%), sonic nozzle standard flow devices (accuracy 0.13%), and Fluke Molbox flow equipment (accuracy 0.125%), ensuring product accuracy.

 

A mass flow controller (MFC) not only has the functions of a mass flow meter, but more importantly, it can automatically control the gas flow. That is, the user can set the flow rate as needed, and the MFC automatically maintains the flow rate at the set value. Even if the system pressure fluctuates or the ambient temperature changes, it will not deviate from the set value. Simply put, a mass flow controller is a constant flow device, a gas constant flow device that can be manually set or automatically controlled by connecting to a computer.

Gas mass flow meters and gas mass flow controllers based on "Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS)" are a new technology that uses MEMS flow sensor chips, combined with flow path design, to achieve high-precision flow measurement.

Xinnovis Economic MFM-50 Series Gas Mass Flow Meter It uses industry-leading flow sensing chips, combined with the company's core calibration and compensation algorithms, to achieve high-precision measurement of gas flow. The full-scale output stability is good, the accuracy is high, the range ratio is better than 100:1, the cost is low, and it is easy to install without the need for additional temperature and pressure compensation.

Xinnovis Compact MFC-UT Series Gas Mass Flow Controller It adopts a high-integration design, with a volume only 1/4 and weight only 1/5 of traditional MFC products. The accuracy reaches 1% R.D. in the 20-100% F.S. range, and the built-in temperature compensation algorithm ensures full-scale accuracy. 
 Xinnovis MFA Series Gas Flow Module It adopts an aviation aluminum alloy shell design, with a pressure resistance of up to 1 MPa. It has low sensitivity drift, high reliability, and both analog (linear) and digital (IIC) output modes for easy customer use. The response time is as fast as 5 ms, which is conducive to customers combining it with sampling air pumps to achieve fast and stable flow.
