FLOW-IGS Series
The FLOW-IGS series is developed for customers seeking optimal space-saving process gas paneling. One or more mass flow meters/controllers or pressure sensor modules can be installed on a compact, lightweight, yet robust mounting rail system according to customer requirements, combined with control valves, shut-off valves, mixing chambers, filters, or any other functional modules. The modular concept of the FLOW-IGS system offers end-users great flexibility in terms of modification and maintenance. Functional modules are mounted on top, making them easily replaceable without dismantling the entire assembly.
