Working principle of thermal mass flow meter
In a thermal mass flow meter, a metal or other material with high density and good pressure-transmitting performance is installed in the pipeline as a temperature-measuring medium. When the medium to be detected passes through, a transient small potential difference is formed between the probe and the lining due to the electrostatic induction caused by the obstruction. This potential difference changes periodically with the change in the diameter of solid particles in the fluid to be detected. This oscillating signal caused by the transmission and conversion of the electric field is called frequency (also called pulse); after amplifying this signal and recording it using a special instrument, the level information can be obtained.
